Following a nationwide assessment of current sales training programs, TELUS saw a need to get quality learning and development resources to both new and experienced sales team members. With the goal of having the best and most customer-focused sales force in the world, TELUS searched for the perfect way to create and distribute a consistent and progressive program to its entire sales team. The company needed a system that would support on-the-go learning so the busy sales team members could take the training whenever they had a few free minutes. eco was the answer.

eco provided the perfect solution to meet TELUS' needs. But time was of the essence, so our team of instructional designers quickly went to work. TELUS set the bar high, and we rose to the occasion. Using assets from existing training resources, including images and videos, we worked closely with TELUS to design a micro-learning strategy that was unlike anything else on the market. With the help of our talented design team, eco was enhanced with custom interactives, animations, and certification quizzes to create an engaging, mobile learning experience while reinforcing the TELUS brand.
